☀️ PUBLIC OUTDOOR HARDCOURTS
Hardcourt is the name for a textured tennis or pickleball surface. All public courts in Spokane are 'first come, first serve'. Paddle stacks and other court rotation systems are not yet commonly used. Public organized play can be found via PlaytimeScheduler.com.
Comstock Park
(12) striped courts thanks to a SPC grant from the Spokane Parks Foundation, member donations, and labor donations from NW Court Consultants!
Comstock is the unofficial home of SPC in Spokane. (6) tennis courts with (12) striped pickleball courts. Access nets from the public lockbox or bring your own!

Mission Park
(8) tennis courts with (2) striped pickleball courts each. The South courts were striped in Summer 2023 and the surface is in much better condition. Lights have been restored for evening play thanks to SPC and SPRD.

Corbin Park
(2) dedicated courts with Douglas surface-mounted nets! This historic neighborhood court is the newest of dedicated courts in Spokane thanks to efforts from the Corbin Park Neighborhood Council and the SPRD. There is also an adjacent tennis court.

Holmberg Park
(8) dedicated courts with in-ground nets with tight spacing between sidelines. This is a popular park. Expect to have to rotate and share the court with others.
Underhill Park
A grant has been awarded to rehabilitate the sport courts at Underhill from the Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office. Matching funds provided by
the City of Spokane Parks and Recreation and Spokane Hoopfest Association.

Dedicated indoor pickleball is growing quickly in Spokane. Clubs have a wide range of offerings, style and programming. Reserve a private court, join organized play, leagues and more.
North Park
(8) dedicated indoor courts. Additional courts are taped on indoor tennis courts to increase capacity for tournaments. Weekly clinics are included for members of Parkfit Athletic Club.

🚪 PRIVATE INDOOR WOODCOURTS
There are some truly vibrant wood-floor pickleball communities in Spokane. While some players struggle with the glare and reduced contrast of wood floors, others appreciate the reduced wear and tear on the body — and shoes! For some, it's only an option when it's too cold to play outside. For others, it's their year-round preference. Either way, just make sure you've got a softer 'indoor' ball made for the slicker surface as 'outdoor' balls will skip instead of bouncing 'true'.
